How Does it Work

If you check out one of our pop-ups, you can browse our on-site live products, and get SPARK'd with any items of your choosing. You may also browse and purchase items from our online store while at the pop-up and we can set up a time for you to come to our store and have those items attached.

You may also choose to schedule a time at our store or at a location of your choosing in our website calendar. For those options, appiointments need to be scheduled no sooner than three (3 ) business days to allow time for purchased items to arrive in-store.

To figure out the size of the 14 Kt solid gold chain you'll need for for the permanent jewelry installation, simply take a flexible tape measure or string and wrap it around the desired area, be it wrist, neck, ankle, or finger, making sure not to wrap too tight around the desired area.

For a measuring tape, simply look at the measurement that zero (0) lines up with. If using string, just note the point that the string intersects with itself then use a ruler to measure the length.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, using our scheduler, you may not book a Permanent Jewelry appointment less than three (3) days ahead to allow for online purchased products to arrive in-store.

We only offer in-store pickup or the option to bring purchased items to a location of your choosing, as such, we do not charge for any shipped products.

We do not charge our customers for shipping.

At this time, we only offer in-store/on-site pickup and installation of all permanent jewelry items. As such, we do not ship internationally.

In-store or on-site pickup only of purchased items. Creative Spark services the Greater Baton Rouge area and encourage interested patrons to come check us out.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.

In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
